New Abrams Project ‘Collider’

Posted on July 25, 2012 by Chris McQuillan

If you thought working on the upcoming Star Trek film and overseeing the final season of Fringe was more than enough for this guy, you’d be wrong.

It appears JJ Abrams already has his next project lined up, the mysteriously titled Collider.

Apart from a few crew attached (notably director Edgar Wright, who is writing it along side Mark Protosevich of I Am Legend), very few details have emerged.  This is hardly unexpected, as Abrams previous cinematic endeavours through Bad Robot are notoriously difficult to get information on.  See Cloverfield and Super 8 for further details.

That hasn’t stopped chud.com speculating that the show will likely be based in some way around the Large Hadron Collider.
