Does SFH’s Andi look like the Doctor?

Whilst frolicking in the Northern Irish sunshine, I noticed a startling similarity the other day.

Sci-Fi Heaven’s very own Andi Hamilton looks remarkably like the new Doctor Who.

What do you reckon?
