Willis offers $1 million for Terrorists

Posted on November 13, 2005November 13, 2005 by Chris McQuillan

Bruce Willis (Armageddon), has offered $1,000,000 out of his personal wallet for anyone who catches and hands in either Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri or Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

Fairly safe bet that one, isn’t it? If he really wanted to help, shouldn’t he have actually given to that million to, oh I don’t know, the US and British soldiers in Iraq? Or the Red Cross? Or anyone at all? Let’s face it, not many people are going to trot to the remote regions of Iraq or Afghanistan, infiltrate a terrorist stronghold, get close to the terrorist in question, manage to escape from the stronghold with the terrorist alive, get the whole way back to a town to hand him in (whilst no doubt dodging bullets and weapons fire) and then fly straight back to Brucie to receive a nice big cheque.

Giving and offering are rather different things, Brucie.

    Blimey !

I’d actually like to see someone attempt that. It’s like Bruce’s own version of Mission Impossible…
