Zombie related TV shows, films and books have sprung up like, well, a Zombie plague outbreak of some kind, the BBC are throwing in their contribution to the outbreak with a 3 part series entitled In The Flesh.
“[In the Flesh] begins after the Zombie Uprising has been quelled by the Human Volunteer Force and life is starting to return to normal. Any surviving zombies have been captured, medicated, held in an NHS holding facility in Norfolk and are being slowly re-integrated back into society, with the help of contact lenses and cover up mousse. The story follows teenager Kieran Walker and boldly goes where no zombie drama has gone before.”
You can watch the trailer for the show below.
After watching the trailer I will admit that it got me a bit excited to be seeing a show take a different look at a Zombie Plague scenario, having said that I watched Warm Bodies last night a “rom com” about a zombie coming back to life kick-started by love of all things – I really didn’t enjoy it… Zombies just shouldn’t talk! However as the trailer and premise of the show still makes In The Flesh look awesome, so I will be eagerly awaiting its arrival on our screens.
