July 11, 2007

William Shatner has confirmed that he will not be appearing in any way in the new Star Trek film, due out Boxing Day ’08. He has revealled that Leonard Nimoy will be appearing in some manner as Spock. The film is currently touted as a “re-imagining” of the early days of Kirk’s Enterprise and set some time before the now legendary five year mission. Casting details are apparently soon to be finalized.
