So very quiet

Posted on October 30, 2005 by Chris McQuillan

Well, sci-fi is pretty dull at the moment. Doom isn’t worth talking about. No Star Trek. Stargates and BSG on hiatus. The only thing of interest was that Kevin Kilner was in Threshold last week. Go Boone! Speaking of Threshold, there’s talk online that Threshold will actually change its name for each of its three planned seasons as the Threshold project advances through stages. I believe the stages mentioned were “Threshold”, “Foothold” and “Stronghold”.

Apparently CBS (the network producing Threshold) liked the idea, but haven’t committed to this in a contract. Having said that, David Goyer (show co-runner) said that CBS probably would never commit to it in writing.

Just an interesting tidbit that, since I don’t recall that ever being done before.

Apart from that, little is happening.
